I found K&O Motors to be a thoroughly decent company to deal with. I found a nice 2016 Hyundai i20 at a price I considered to be reasonable for its age, mileage, and condition. Curiously they did not favour any attempts to negotiate that price, instead opting to give the car a full service as it was due (and in my case, address some minor paintwork damage, replace a tyre, and a wiper blade).What I never expected was for the car to develop a rather serious problem less than 45 minutes after leaving. Calling them, I anticipated sharp intakes of breath, awkward silences, or outright refusal to assist. However this was not the case. I explained the issue and their response was "Get the car back to us and we will fix the issue".I did, and they were true to their promise. I've held off writing the review just to be sure, having now driven 800 miles in it, but I can now say that I am thrilled with my purchase and couldn't be happier with how they dealt with me, the purchase process, and for resolving the issue without any hassle, resistance, or excuses.Thank you.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing my Volvo V40 Cross Country from this garage.Car was MOT and Serviced before it was handed over to myself which offered me a great peace of mind.There was a faulty temperature sensor found in the exhaust after the service and Oscar drove a 4 hour round trip to go and collect it direct from Volvo. He then fitted it the same day which shows great urgency in delivering you a car in tip top condition and all of this with no extra cost to myself which is fantastic.I’m now getting 60mpg average on my drive to and from work in my comfy new Volvo please if you see a car you are interested in reserve it and go for a visit you won’t be disappointed in this rare to find family run business.

Great experience dealing with Oscar during the initial negotiation which we did entirely on WhatsApp! Oscar was great throughout the process, and even picked me and my son up from a local train station. We got a free guided tour of the seafront, and Oscar pointed out lots of local amenities. I think this was more to do with diverting us around some roadworks but it was a pleasant trip all the same! The car was everything he said it was, and the transfer was completely hassle-free. Since getting the car home I have had no issues at all and consider it excellent value for money. Oscar and his team were really friendly, with no pressure, and I would have no hesitation in recommending his business for your next vehicle purchase.

My first interaction with K&O Motors was with Oscar who runs the business. He was very cordial over the phone and answered all my questions about the lovely S3 I went to collect. K&O were open, honest and efficient throughout the process, which made my 20hr round trip from Scotland as hassle free as it could have been. Barry, a lovely chap, conducted the handover, showing me round the vehicle and letting me test drive. The vehicle itself was in great condition for coming up to 7 years old, not showroom-esque, but well valeted overall. K&O completed a DSG and Haldex service prior to sale, which gave me peace of mind that they know what's best for your individual car's needs. I would absolutely buy from K&O again.

Amazing service from Barry & Oscar had to wait a while for finace company to send the funds and not once did they make me feel like it was an issue or that i was in the way, Barry covered everything ti do with the vehicle and helped me get my tax sorted. They answered any questions i had. Had an issue with the battery the day after i bought it and Oscar went out of his way to get it sorted even getting someone to come after hours to change it out for me, i believe it was Jack was really great and got it sorted quickly. Will definatley recommend and will use again
