I found K&O Motors to be a thoroughly decent company to deal with. I found a nice 2016 Hyundai i20 at a price I considered to be reasonable for its age, mileage, and condition. Curiously they did not favour any attempts to negotiate that price, instead opting to give the car a full service as it was due (and in my case, address some minor paintwork damage, replace a tyre, and a wiper blade).What I never expected was for the car to develop a rather serious problem less than 45 minutes after leaving. Calling them, I anticipated sharp intakes of breath, awkward silences, or outright refusal to assist. However this was not the case. I explained the issue and their response was "Get the car back to us and we will fix the issue".I did, and they were true to their promise. I've held off writing the review just to be sure, having now driven 800 miles in it, but I can now say that I am thrilled with my purchase and couldn't be happier with how they dealt with me, the purchase process, and for resolving the issue without any hassle, resistance, or excuses.Thank you.
